1. About the project
The Last Human Click is a digital participation project operated by an individual in Paphos, Cyprus. These terms apply when you use the website or purchase a digital place.
2. What you purchase
For a one-time payment of €1, you receive one unique sequential number, the ability to select one of the available symbolic human marks, and a downloadable digital card. This is digital content only. No physical item is shipped.
3. What it is not
A place has no monetary value and is not an investment, security, lottery entry, charitable donation, ownership interest, or promise of a prize or future return.
4. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A number is assigned only after Stripe confirms successful payment. Delivery normally begins immediately after payment. Each successful payment creates one claim, subject to the one-million-place limit.
5. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate payment and contact information, be legally able to enter into this agreement, and not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to claim a place without valid payment.
6. Availability
The project is limited to 1,000,000 numbers. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, or technical reasons.
7. Refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and verified failures to deliver are handled as described there.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, together with any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
